Trainee angel Phoebe Speedwell is determined to ace her first top-secret mission. But searching for a demon in a class full of annoying (and smelly) humans proves more challenging than she expected.

When people start disappearing and she’s no closer to succeeding, Phoebe faces total failure. Being top of the class can be a good thing but when you have a HUGE new task, that's a big challenge. There's one more tricky element - Phoebe's task is 100% secret. She has acquired a BFF & that friendship could play a big part in the whole adventure ahead.

With an eccentric, cat-loving aunt also taking a starring role in this magical episode, anything could happen - it's like great imaginations spilled all over the pages. Life in the human realm is not easy - having to focus on her mission whilst trying to fit in & understand the unfamiliar people, habits & even language styles. How much is Phoebe willing to do to save a special friendship? What would you do?

The pace, ideal chapter length & writing style of this funny & unique story make it a joy to read. I know a few youngsters in the reading miniClub - who sometimes struggle with structure elements - will particularly enjoy their reading experience.
